Peak Performance Fitness is a specialised training facility that provides individuals and teams with tailor made exercise programmes to enable them to achieve their short and long term goals. We also aim to educate the clients on the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle making a difference in how they lead their lives now and in the future. We cater towards all levels of fitness from the complete novice to the professional athlete. A Strength and Conditioning coach will always be present to ensure all exercises are performed safely and correctly and to assist individuals in getting the most out of their training sessions.
How does it work?
Individuals - All new clients will have to book in for an initial assessment. This entails nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire, body fat composition and flexibility testing. With all this information we will design a specialized programme catered towards the individual’s physical ability which will help them achieve their goals.
Teams – with off season, pre- and during season programme design and fitness testing we offer fully comprehensive packages to suit all team needs. All training is done outside opening hours. Teams will be allocated training times that will suit them.
Note: All training sessions will start on the hour and will last 45-60 minutes.

Our individual monthly membership is €100 per month. This includes the following:
